Jackson, Jackson & Hayes supports the Mid-Michigan Regional Sobriety Court because our objective in representing our clients in criminal matters includes finding the best course of action to help each and every client for the short and long term. Sometimes that course of action includes getting our clients treatment services that will promote long-term sobriety, mental well-being, and being a productive member of society.
Ed Jackson is a member of the Clinton County Mental Health Court Board and has represented clients accepted into and successfully graduated from the Clinton and/or Gratiot County Sobriety Court Programs
Clinton County,Gratiot County and Montcalm County make up the Mid-Michigan Regional Sobriety Court.

The program creates a supportive environment where the goal is for the participant to succeed. While the program is supportive it is also tough!
You should consult with an attorney familiar with the program to make certain you qualify, and to make certain the program is a right fit for you.
